Flourish You Superfoods was created to support people through seasons of life where change, pressure, or transition can quietly take their toll.

The brand emerged from lived experience. Like many people navigating midlife change, the reality did not arrive neatly or predictably. Subtle shifts in energy, focus, resilience, sleep, or emotional steadiness can build over time, often without clear explanation or language for what is happening. Support does not always reflect how individual or complex these experiences can be.

That gap between what is commonly discussed and what is actually lived became the foundation for Flourish You Superfoods.

A food-first, systems-led approach

At Flourish You Superfoods, we take a food-first, whole-body approach to wellbeing.

Our products are developed to support the body’s normal functions using thoughtfully selected food-derived ingredients, essential vitamins and minerals, and botanicals. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or isolated symptoms, we consider how the body adapts during periods of ongoing change and sustained demand.

This approach recognises that wellbeing during transition is rarely about one thing alone, but about how different aspects of health interact over time.

Flourish You Superfoods products are developed in collaboration with experienced formulation specialists and a UK-based manufacturing partner, selected for their quality standards and attention to detail.

All products are produced in small batches to help retain freshness and to allow close oversight throughout the formulation and production process.

Why Feel Like You™ came first

Feel Like You™ was the first product developed under the Flourish You Superfoods brand.

It was created as a daily superfood supplement powder designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, a stage of life that is often under-explained and highly individual.

Some women notice changes in how supported they feel quite quickly, while for others, the effects are more gradual or subtle. Individual experiences vary, and that is expected. Consistency, lifestyle factors, and overall nutrition all play a role.

Looking ahead

Flourish You Superfoods is not a single-product brand.

As the company grows, we intend to develop a considered range of food-first nutritional products designed to support people at different stages of life, including women, men, and younger individuals.

Founder

Flourish You Superfoods was founded by Beverley Anderson and Owen Anderson.

Beverley brings over two decades of experience working with professional women across corporate and business settings.

She is currently completing Certified Executive Menopause training and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCGI).
