6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.3 Risk and ownership Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.
7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
7.1 Right to cancel UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
7.2 Exceptions The right to cancel does not apply to: • Products that have been opened or had seals broken for health or hygiene reasons • Products that are not suitable for return once opened
7.3 Returns and refunds To request a return, contact us at contactus@flourishyousuperfoods.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned products in acceptable condition.
7.4 Faulty products If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
